Hi All,
Does anyone have one of these in there chem store? Are they necessary or is it OK to store the oxidising chemicals separately?

I don't have one. I think if they are just within the recommended distances from other chemicals that's ok. There are rules somewhere about "must be 1m from such and such type of chemical" and must not be stored above "..." etc but I don't actually know where to find them. I saw it somewhere quite some time ago...

Yes, it was something like that. You can use walls as segregation if you don't have enough physical space (eg my store room is not 5m in any direction, but if you have a physical barrier between then that is ok. Or, you can put a different class in between so the incompatible ones are stil the furthest possible away, but the space in between is not wasted)

We put glass ware between our class. Which does help a little.
