I just came across this code of practice which will impact on us- new terminology too!
It's available on the website http://www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au under Model WHS legislation- public comment.
Unfortunately it closed for public comment in December 2011, which means it would be released soon.

I just had a quick read of the Labels section no wonder the DEC will take 5 years to get this going .
