Chemical Safety Course

The NSW Lab conf that is held in November each year has sessions on chemcial safety and CSIS and chemistry if that helps..

Maybe I need to go back to school, i just spent 20 mins looking in the chem store in earnest for solid sodium chloride!
When i mentioned to the teacher - she said why? I said cause you ordered it....she said..its salt...me DER!!!!!!!!! OMG so embarrassed!!!

My new head teacher, would also be interested in a Chemcial Safety in schools course. CSIS. So I would be very interested in learning about one?

I really think that the teachers should be doing the Chemical Safety courses as well - any course is directed at us and then there are certain teachers resist what you tell them what you have learnt.
