Sorry everyone for the short and sweet notice, as the Principal just came in to see me and I had to rush off.
But getting back to these recipes, I would be much appreciated if anyone could supply me with one or all these recipes.
Thanking you all

Hi Gayle,

We do a choc Fossil prac where the kids simply spoon chocy into chocolate molds. This gives the idea of a "Cast", etc. We do another one where they "mine" chocolate chips out of ChocChip cookies, using only toothpics. The group that gets the greatest weight of pure chocolate (no crumbs) wins!! (no touching with fingers, etc)

The following sites have recipes for Rocky Road and Honeycomb.

All the best!

We make both rocky road and honeycomb in those rectangular foil trays on electric hotplates, using some "food only" spoons for stirring, measuring out the bicarb etc. That way the product is edible. By the way, if you are going to use honey for your honeycomb, not golden syrup, do NOT buy homebrand, especially Coles. I don't know what they do to the honey but it's foul :yuck: and it wont caramelise (ie cook untils it gets to 'hard crack' stage). The trays used to be available in supermarkets, but are definitely available in catering places, or Daltons Packaging type places.

Good Luck

Cheers, K 8-)
