Help with removing Ceiling Stain

Can anyone give us suggestions of what to use to remove
Manganese Dioxide and Hydrogen Perioxide off our NEW lab ceiling (Genie in the Bottle gone wrong)

Tried general stuff but wont shift :banghead2: :banghead:
new paint job looking like the go.

Why clean it off?
You could invent some fantastic mystery about it and keep new students enthralled for years :wink2:

The guys here are all having fun saying no I did not do It KIM & TRACIE did - yes thats right they did the first big mess in the new labs :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: .
Oh well some one had to I suppose and well i cant go crook if it was me.
