physics textbooks

Hi all,

My headteacher has decided that he wants yr 11 to have a physics textbook this year. We have one problem only 39 copies of Macmillian Physics 1 (2000 edition) to go around 47 students. We have no money to buy new textbooks until the end of the year. Usual problem. I think he thought students would drop out of physics and we would have enough books. but this hasn't happened. Does anyone have any ideas where I could find 8 - 10 textbooks of that vintage anywhere?
I know that they may be hard to find but any help is appreciated.

We were short last year, and I was very lucky to get some of another school. So keep trying some one out in labbie land will have some for you.
