I know a number of you (including me) get your dissection specimens from Glow Meat - I just had a call from them - they are closing on the 30th June!
They have pork hearts in stock if you want to stock up - and also human consumption meat..and pet foods...
So now onto finding a new supplier...gosh darn it...

We have an excellent butcher at Narellan if you can get out this way. Deals with a few schools in the area and knows what we need i.e. not freezing eyes and stuff like that. Plus his prices are reasonable, I'm sure he makes no money out of us!
