Depends how much do you need
if you need 300 mL answer is 9gr
% =Part /whole
% = 3/300
3%=9
or cheat as I do,

We all have that happen. :console:
It's just 3% by weight per volume. Which means: 3g/100mL.
That is all. Not even a molecular weight in sight.

Just adjust the mass proportionate to the volume needed.

NB: It's the weight disolved into final volume of solution. Disolve then dilute to the mark.
