Text books

We have a small amount of money (never a large amount unfortunately) to spend on text books and my HT would like to know what others are planning to use with the new curriculum. We have been putting off the purchase but the time has come.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

We are getting on trial or purchasing a number of different books to compare them before making any decisions. It's such a huge investment which lasts years so we don't want to rush into it.

Yes Kathryn, that's why we've been putting it off, but it's a case of getting them soon, while the money is there. Money has a habit of disappearing into the ether if we don't use it at the right time. So we'll take the step soon, hopefully with the aid of some advice from someone who has done it already.

I've just received complimentary copies of Science Quest 7 - 10. This is the text our staff have chosen.
When you subscribe to the digital copy you get the hard copy free. We have 8 or 9 classes in each year level (plus the lab will need a copy) but we were only sent five copies of each text. So hopefully Jacaranda will be generous and send us a few more copies to cover what we need. Fingers crossed.
