we will be there - about 20 already from Newcastle Hunter valley are coming... maybe it is the train party they are interested in?

Just a reminder when paying :
* make sure YOU send paperwork...don't rely on office to do it...email : secretaryASETNSW@gmail.com to let Julie
know of your interest and that you will be attending/school paying etc
* make sure that YOUR NAME is included when paying by direct deposit. Schools have a bad habit of including school
name only. It takes time to chase up
* please let secretary know that you will be attending. Schools sometimes "forget" to send payment/paperwork
* make sure YOU send paperwork...don't rely on office to do it...email : secretaryASETNSW@gmail.com to let Julie

AGAIN...a reminder that if you or school are paying by direct deposit PLEASE make sure YOUR name goes on the remittance as well as sending a copy of paperwork either by email/fax/snail mail.
3 out of 5 direct deposits haven't got name OR school on them...makes it so hard to work out who the payments are from.
