resin embedding

Post by malook »

I had a query from a teacher as to where she can get a rare butterfly specimen embedded to preserve it . I know the resin can be purchased but I think she wants it to be done professionally. Any ideas? :-|

Butterflies are THE hardest to do, because so much of their display is in their tiny little scales. However, there was a techie up here who was running a sideline in embedding. I'll see if I can track her down.
