Description The Science Department at St. Paul's is a very busy and demanding environment.
This position will initially be for 5 hours per week.
The person will work with the current full-time permanent Laboratory Assistant.
The person needs to be highly organised and be able to work with a number of staff.
Position Requirements A more precise list of duties will be available on appointment, but broadly speaking the duties are as follows:
• Ordering equipment, preparing apparatus and solutions for Science lessons, cleaning apparatus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Willingness to support the ethos of the Catholic School.

Desirable Criteria TAFE Credited Laboratory Technician qualification or equivalent.

Commencement 27/01/12 - 21/12/12
Conditions of Employment Salary is in accordance with School Support Staff (Country & Regional Dioceses) Enterprise Agreement 2011.
