I am a bit of a newbie, joined a while ago but haven't really used it much. In the FAQ it says there are user groups you can join or ask to join and that these are accessed through your User Control Panel. Not sure if I am being blind but I can't find anything about User groups in there.

i can't see it either - maybe it is a function that is not active, or not active for our level of membership?
