Mother is back!!
Hello again Graeme.
I have family in Newcastle and travel there quite often.Your request for a lab tech. for term 4 2013 certainly has piqued my interest. I have looked up your College on the internet and it is very much the same as our own syllabus for Science except we also offer Senior Science,we also teach Industrial Chemistry. Next year is decision time for us to decide if we are going to relocate to Newcastle. Dubbo Senior College is also Yr.11/12. If we could stay in touch (as time gets closer) that would be great. I know it is a way off yet and many things can change between now and term 4 next year.
Cheers

We also offer senior science, (waste of time, replaces the old science for life) also Marine studies.
It's a foot in the door if you get to do relief, the moment a permanent job comes up, it's usually yours

Hi Mother,
Graeme is just one of us in this area who need a casual replacement at times - as he says, every time we find a good casual, they end up with a job and so we again have to look for casuals. There are 11 catholic High Schools in the Diocese, Anglican Grammar and Independent Christian schools - I have 34 on my contact list.. so there IS casual work in this area. I often crawl into work when sick because I know there is no one to replace me - as many of us do.
There are a few of us heading towards retirement in the next few years, so we will be looking out for someone who is capable to take over when that time comes.
Sunray
