This is an SOS to Wollongong schools. I am desperate for the enzyme Amylase for a Yr12 Bio Prac test. Just realised mine is out of date.

Do you keep it in the fridge? It might still work. Worth trying!

our amylase is from 2007, stored at 4 degrees, still works fine
Worth trying the old stuff if you cant get the new.
