Fume Hood

We have just had our fume hood tested and are required to display a risk assessment for it. Does anyone have a template for completing one of these? We have these for practicals but the fume hood?

Hi hope this helps, SOP, a risk assessment is done for each practical that is required to be used in the fume cupboard.

Hey Macca, the boss has just contacted me and wants to know how your consequence rating works, regarding "1"
Also likelihood "E". What do the ratings stand for? and the biggie - who is the auditor?

Sorry it took so long I had to type it out.
Auditors: we are part of the Catholic System, so our regional schools office are the auditors.
