Sodium Iodide, I do not have any at all, is their some thing else I can use. Teacher is away today, requires sodium Iodide for tomorrow, no idea what they may be doing.

Potassium iodide will work as a substitute in most cases

I was taught that you could use Potassium Iodide instead, by chemistry teachers!
