I have a teacher new to us, who wishes to do Mushy peas, I understand she would like to use a meat tenderiser powered. Has any one done this with good results???????????
If so can I please the the recipe.

We do a similar prac using kiwi fruit and it works well. It doesn't require meat tenderiser though. If you are interested I can fax what I have to you!!
