I don't have the 2009 Gram Stain recipe, however I do have the Gram Stain recipe from 'The Laboratory Revised'. Unsure if this is helpful but if you'd like the recipe I am more than happy to send that through

I will go have a look. I don't have the revised edition but I'm sure it will be in there!
