Hi This one is good and works well.
Psyllium Slime
Light Bunsen and adjust to blue flame, position under tripod.
Teacher will add several drops of food colouring.
Heat 200mL water till bubbles start to form.
Add 2 heaped teaspoons of PSYLLIUM HUSKS.
Using stirring rod, stir continuously until it forms a sticky/gooey consistency like snot.
Turn off gas, and continue stirring while the beaker is cool enough to move to heat mat.
Allow mixture to cool completely.
Transfer mixture to ziplock bag.

If you're trying to eliminate borax, the "magical liquid" is no good. According to SDSs I found online, it still contains disodium tetraborate:

Or a more recent one includes boric acid (which borax is a salt of)

Be careful using psyllium for slime - don't let it get on your clothes! It gets trapped in the weave and you can't wash it out.
