RosalieL wrote: 31 Oct 2022, 13:02 Wow! They look great! We have the universal charts that come with the indicator. What will you use the other charts for? I don't know that I've ever needed to know the exact colour range of the other indicators like that.
Thanks Rosalie ,
It's just something the Chem teacher has always asked about .They use them for titrations . i think the he also wanted it to show how a more accurate pH reading can be made if you used a specific indicator.

Alice may be able to help you.

Thanks Labbie . I'll ask Alice .Maybe they can increase the allowable file size . The ones that will come through are not much smaller than those that won't .....close , but no cigar
Hello

The colour chart depends on what brand of universal indicator solution you have purchased.

https://www.westlab.com.au/catalogsearc ... 20solution

We have the Chem Supply one to match the UL000 range or our Westlab Colour Chart to match our own solution.

Great point Alice . I should have stated that that chart was for Chem supply Universal .

For the chem supply universal - you will have to purchase their actual chart since we do not have the pdfs on file.

Appreciate the feedback on our range!

Just realized we have Cresol Red at my new School .
This is an interesting one as it has two pH changes ,an acid one between 0.4 - 1.8 and then a second one in the Basic range between 7.2 -8.8
I've made two versions and stuck them back to back before laminating .
I also had issues colour matching the indicator to the PC monitor and the printer so there are two versions of the Basic one that might turn out better depending on your printer .
