To get started on your SOP's, you could use "Getting it to work" Physics equipment for High Schools, put out by the DET. We copied these to put them with the equipment, so any teacher will know how to use that piece of equipment.

Sue,
I was going to ask the same question as Lorrae. Do you know if it is available in all States? Just in case it isn't, could you provide a contact no. for your Dept. of Ed. I figure while I'm sorting the Risk Assessments, I might as well do the S.O.P's as well.
Thanks to all for your assistance.
Cheers,
Lisa

"Getting it to work" It came out in 1995. "Further copies are available through Erudition at a cost of $30 each, please remember that was 1995. It a small book only 57 pages. It was developed by NSW, but I am sure other states would have one just like it.

Hope this helps

Hi Lisa,
I would really appreciate it if you could email me the pdf for "Getting it to Work". Instructions on how to use some of our Physics equipment have disappeared. (Or maybe fell apart with age.)
My email address is lynda.ayr@ntschools.net.au
Thanks, Lyn.
