Hand Sanitizers

Had a question from another Labtech. Even though some of the hand sanitizers have >60% alcohol most of them do not carry any hazard sticker or warning.
why?

Good point, but haven't an idea. They should have.

Perhaps they do not enough Alcohol in them to have a hazard sticker. Small jars etc.

Good point.
It is not flammable (too low conc), but it may be an irritant to skin and esp eyes
