Chemwatch FXX

Does anyone know if Dec schools are using Chemwatch FFX?

I do believe their are BIG problems with FFX, training has stopped, but I do not know the whole story, I am sure. Someone said it was the merge that could not go ahead.

Sue are the problems within the DEC or Chemwatch?
I've had FXX for some time and it's a thorough-going pain in the b*m to use!

Not too sure Elizabeth, we had training course last year about SEP, ready to help others, But had a note from DEC & Chemwatch saying training had been stopped for now?????????

I can't log on to either! I have always had the same user name and password and now it is telling me it is incorrect????

Sarah, I dont know if this will work for you, but try
Account: your old user name
User name: administrator
password: your old password but it is case sensitive (make sure you use the upper and lower case)

Hi AnnNos I wish I did know what is going on. But I am sorry I can not help, some people have told me, the DEC will not pay for a new chemwatch, another email told me just to wait------------------------------------------. For how long I have no idea.
