Course for Lab techs in Saturday SMH

Did anyone see a course advertised in Saturdays SMH for Lab Techs? something about new regulations?

I don't know anything about a course advertised in the SMH.
However I am at the moment doing a Certificate IV in laboratory techniques via Flexible delivery ( essentially online with a couple of weekend workshops through out the semesters ) through Armidale TAFE
They are at the moment planning the certificate III in laboratory Skills to commence next year ( also flexible delivery),

I'm not sure if a Cert IV is also planned as the current Cert IV will not finished until June.

You do have some units that you think don't relate to your work in schools but I have found that in get somethink related to what I do here out of every unit, even counting worm eggs in sheep poo!

I don't actually know anything about the course. One of the teachers came in this morning saying that she had seen some sort of course advertised and had I seen it. She didn't bring the paper itself in. She did say she would bring it tomorrow if I hadn't seen it.

She did say it was only one day and about 17th November.

Just looked at the cost $600 maybe outside most of our budgets!!

There must be courses closer to Sydney
