Hi everyone,
Has someone used silicone (polymer-solid) and silicon (element-solid) for Senior Science and Chemistry? I need to get one for my teachers, if you know any supplier, please let me know...thank you!!!

Pretty sure ProfBunsen sells little chunks of silicon the elemental rock. And silicone is everywhere!

Professor bunsen sure does silicon in rock form -- and you can use the silicone in a tube for silicone...

Hardware store. Supermarket. Its whats used to seal showers and things.

I bought a tube of Selleys Roof and Gutter Silicone Sealant. I then sqeezed out long lines of it onto an overhead sheet. When dry just peeled it of and voila silicone for the experiment. Teacher told me what lengths would be best and made them to measure. She was happy with the result.
