How come this is your responsibility? Isn't it a science test, therefore the function of the teachers to implement it?

i just had to check the materials...they send pencils with the papers and stimulus booklets.

we have enough to cover everyone :)

the staff / science teachers will be implementing. ESSA seems to be a big deal?

It is a state wide science test for 7-10. Not sure if it is to highlight if science is being taught in context.

I have had this task also.
You should have a number of sheets of paper with instructions. (Hint: don't misplace)
Instructions are straight forward, so, don't panic.
Check contents of boxes same as on list.
I had to get class lists and supply according to those.
When all are collected, keep following instructions.
I had to do tally sheets and send off as well.

Another talent for the resume

Good luck

True True, but some times we do get asked to check the contains of the boxes. I know I have done it a few years ago, and again this year. Just check you have enough papers, pens & booklets for all of your year 8, lock them away, until 23 Nov 2010.

We keep them for use throughout the next year for the myriad of kids that neglect to bring a pencil to school.
