yes I am also looking at these..... the plastic Pasco ones we have are sensational but very expensive to replace when they die.

You could always go the open cupboard style with Gratnells trolleys for equipment, that way when not in use stashed under benches and easily moved to other laboratories when needed so you never have to double up on things.

We send out smaller bottles as they can come back contaminated, we know the sketchy classes :( If we sent the large one, then the whole lot would be cactus. Also the larger the bottle the more that gets wasted.

Ahhh I see, we seal with blutak and would use a smaller temperature differential so I guess the shorter length works. Good idea sourcing more.

As a basic rule , if you have a litre of 1M HCl you can pretty well neutralise most of it with 1litre of 1M NaOH .
