I would not recommend to heat bleach, See manufacturer's SDS sheet section 10. for equilibrium prac,as a demo, all you need is
cobalt solution - 1g of CoCl2.6h2O in 10 mL of 2 - propanol. Then add water drop wise until the deep blue solution just turns pink ( in the test tube or 10 mL specimen jar)

We use wooden cubes, 100 pieces cost 3.90. I spray painted one side, you can draw X or O on one side or put small sticker. You can use counters different colours with X sign on one side
