Just got Sodium Acetate Anhydrous from Westlabs ( home brand)
It also has a Chemwatch SDS and is Hazardous whereas the Chem supply brand is not hazardous .

Setup conditional Formatting on the SDS date cells .
I've got mine so they are green if in date , orange if a month off expiring and red if over 5 years old .
It was years ago I set this up and I've forgotten how I did it but this should help ...

Funny you mentioned that . I tried our local wholesaler that the school has account with and they were actually a few cents more per kg for a bulk amount than buying it in 500g bags from Woollies.

If it's any consolation , I was having similar issues yesterday with Lipase .
Anyway ,it is interesting that if you look up a variety of SDS's for Aluminum potassium Sulphate , they mostly all say it is non hazardous with no GHS .
The couple that do , use Chemwatch SDS's .And I saw one Chemwatch ...

We had our first day back yesterday ( well it was for staff ) .We had the Anglican church service followed by principals address .Lunch and barefoot bowls at the local Bowling club .

Sounds like NSW DOE chemstore . We had that at Macksville high . The Cement shelves were only big enough for the Acids . A few Winchesters of the concentrates and a few bottles of say 5-10mol/L dilutions of each .

If it were me , I'd put it in a metal tin (think old paint tin or milo tin ) full of dry sand sand so the battery is surrounded in sand . Dry sand will contain a Thermite reaction .Metal container will have a bit more "give " than a glass jar should something go bang .

21/sheet is my preference for 60-90ml droppers.
24/sheet for the 30ml droppers .
I used to buy sheets of stickers but now I just print straight on Plain A4 paper and stick them on with a strip of sellotape each side .
I just replace them every so often when they start to look tatty.

It could work . I'm just skeptical about the can of air . I have never noticed that they get cold .Maybe its an American product .
