Disposal of animal specimens

We have a lot of preserved specimens that have seen much better days!
They are all in 50/50 metho and water.
My H.T. wants me to get rid of them.......what should I do with all the dead bodies?????
There's rats, snakes, frogs and all sorts of "bugs".

Thanks in anticipation....... 8-[

We started using Risk Assess for the first time last year, I too am a novice, but I find it really easy to use. As Merilyn said so long as the teachers fill it out correctly!!

Thank you, we have a new principal and he told us yesterday it had been banned for 10 years!
The teachers didn't think so.
I thought I would ask the people who really know what's going on...... :clap3:  :wink2:

We have, in each lab, a block of wood attached to the wall, about 3 feet or so high with nails banged into it and the bunsens hang on the nails, works well.

Density Kits

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has recently, or ever for that matter, purchased a density kit?
The teacher who wants one is after shapes of the same size but different densities?

Cheers
