I got aloan of Dewar and 10L of liquid Nitrogen from all states ag services at rutherford ( 4932 0489 ) for$40 last year, they will also deliver and pick up empty dewar for an extra charge

The price of toluene against the cost of test tube, They are disposable
We do a prac. each year heating copper carbonate and reducing it to copper oxide, I put out my cheapest TT's and if they don't immediatly wash clean they go in bin.

The only problem I have is when purchasing 20L drum of ethanol I have to quote a licence No since our head teacher many years ago jumped through the hoops.
So if you go there once you will be clear for all future orders, I know they are fussy who they sell ammonium nitrate to now.

When I make mine, I keep it in the Fridge, it has very short shelf life.
It comes off as gas out of solution and should have reddish tinge to yellow

If you need sheets in a hurry, Go to stationary supplier and ask for blotting papper.
The people who use rubber stamps often use this after stamping or go to art suppliers and get water colour paper, the artists doing watercolour soak paper first then paint on the wet paper,It's all the same stuff

I don't believe in putting any chemicals in tank only plenty of fresh clean water.
To eliminate chlorine I add water on fine spray with such vast surface area the water gives off all it's chlorine

My daughter and partner have split after 12 years and wants to come home!

I've been caught out, wanting Iron ll Nitrate for a prac exam
I looked closer and only have Iron lll Nitrate on the shelf.
Can I through some nitric acid in and a couple of nails, like I do with Sulfate.
Or any suggestions

What are you trying to demonstrate
if you want to explain switching or light up globes A.C. is OK
Also heating effect should be alright but you need AC meters to measure values
