Rosalie

I think you might need a rain hat - We are expecting rain tomorrow and as far out as Dubbo - So bring that rain hat and umbrella and rejoice with the central west.

Have a great day :wink2:

Litmus Paper

Could anyone tell me how and where to store litmus paper. Our red and blue both look red! The blue has turned a real red/pink colour - not even a blue tinge.
I'm not sure of the self life of litmus paper - but maybe that is the problem.
Would appreciate some advice.

JudyM,

Would you be able to tell me what the electode storage solution is made up of. We don't store our PH meters in anything when we are finished with them - does this prolong the life of the sensor head?

Much appreciated.

Agar Plates

Hi All, I'm not sure if I read about agar plates and sterilising in the microwave on this site last year. I was wondering if anyone can remember talking about this. I have gone into the forum, but can't seem to find anything :?: I hate it when you can't remember where you read or heard good ideas. :...

Hi Loopy,

We do the same experiment here every year - and I go to our local pet shop to get elodea - different plants submerged in the fish tanks.
I hope this helps.

Microscope Maintenance
