Hi Annett,
I do the whole schools chemical registers but I do it on an excel spreadsheet. We have the heads of each dept. provide a list of chemicals used in their area, which I collate and print a full sds for them and then give the folders with sds's to each dept. I am also in an independent school.

yr 11 bio only so far, but I cant see why year 8 can not do the prac, as the chemicals used are ok to be used by yr 7 to 12.

I have placed all the required info on the dropper bottle tray on the sides and the front has a label maker label. I have only the name and concentration on the bottles which I have made using the label maker as well. I found it hard to have the dropper bottle labels stick to the squeezy bottles tha...

No you cant edit the pdfs, but yes you can create your own in D-gen through chemwatch Gold FFX. It is located on the left hand side of the screen.

Do you use risk assess on line. as you can get all that info off the program. the person that developed the user codes on chem info and assessment advise, made the risk assessment program. I thought all schools were moving over to gold ffx. i was on the cg3 but one day chemwatch didnt work and when i phoned them i was told i was moving over to the new program.
