Testing the activity of Protease

Post by Meganr » 04 Jun 2019, 14:53

Good afternoon all,

I was just hoping to get some advise on the best method of testing protease activity. I have had a look online and all of the methods seem quite complicated and required chemicals/materials that I do not have currently. Are there any other, simpler, methods that you could recommend to me?

Thanks in advance,
