Hi all,

Do any of you have a Partical Theory "box"?
I've been asked to put one together.......what do you suggest I include??

Thanks in anticipation......

These might be the sort of things you were after for Particle Theory as a starting point.
I used those small black plastic boxes from electronic suppliers. Wagners have them very cheap.
The kids have to guess what is in them and so work like a scientist putting forward their theory of particles.

Hi
I have 2 smallish white baskets wired together to make a cage and 1/2 filled with ping pong balls.
This is a model for a solid when still, liquid when shaken and gas when vigorously shaken.
Questacon has one so I copied it.

Hi, we have small glass petri dishes filled with lead shot and sealed. Solid is as full as we can make it, liquid is fairly full, but with a bit of room to move and gas is less than half full.
