Hi all
I am looking to buy a new dishwasher this year. Our budget is unlikely to extend to specific laboratory models. can anyone recommend a brand / model that they have found to be good in a lab setting?
Thanks
Kathryn

Re: dishwasher
I bought an LG one at my last job about 4 years ago. I've heard some really bad things about this brand not being reliable, so worth getting advice from the sales people. What I do know is that it is still working fine and what I really liked about it was that it had a setting where you could wash the top or bottom shelf separately. Great if you had a small load and didn't want to waste water. I'm sure there are other brands that do the same thing.
I think my one here is on its way to retirement - some things are just not getting washed properly e.g. a beaker that had an evaporated sugar solution went through twice and I still had to wash it by hand. Things just aren't always drying properly. I switched from using tablets back to the powder and rinse aid which helped a bit. I'll be interested in other people's feedback.
