re magnetizing magnets

Hi Everyone
Does anyone have a method for getting magnets working again.
We have a lot of magnets that are no longer magnetized.

I think you rub the North on South or is it the other way around.

You can buy remagnetisers, I'm not sure how much they cost or how effective they are though. The one I've seen came from Scientrific.

I have a re-magnetiser but haven't found it to be very effective so I decided to gradually replace them.

I use the remagnetiser below with good results. Cost us $50. Just do a search with your regular suppliers.
