Hey Xenon,

thought i needed to reply as no one was talking to you.
we have a Helios Planetarium which is a pretty fancy thing and is much more than a solar system model. does heaps more than what we need as a Junior high. great setup, had it for ever, is roughly to scale. pretty pricey though and not sure where you'd get one.
in summary, i'm no help at all!!!!! :-(
hope you have more luck than what i can offer. [-o<

I had this one in my old school, very good but expencive.Cost approximately $800 and have to ordered from UK or USA. They use to sell them in parts (physics teacher had an honour of putting it together)

We recently purchased one from Haines for around $69.00 Cat No GE020. The teachers use it with the junior school and are happy with it.
