I am retiring from my position after 18 years at this school, 16 hours per week, but only 5 of those in Science. Though I have posted very rarely (5 hours leaves little time during work hours to read through the site), I appreciate being able to look on here for answers to my problems. My likely replacement has no training in Science, so I will be recommending she join this community too. Thank you all for your assistance and I wish you well for the future.

G'Day All Some of you are aware I had a knee replacement last May, it was not a success So today I made it official I'm going on leave till it's expired then retiring
It's going to be bittersweet but roll on 3rd march
While I can I will log in occasionally, don't know what the rules are, good luck all you working types!!!!!

Half your luck Ocker, I'm considering the same, but can't make the decision. If only I could find my dream home by the sea, I'd be out of here like a shot. Maybe a transfer to Ballina or Newcastle for a while to settle into a new community then retire. Decisions, decisions.
