Hi everyone, I'm new here and very impressed with the assistance you are giving each other. I currently seem to be spending alot of time assisting the teachers and less time actually preping pracs.
I was wondering if anyone had a detailed job description that I could check out as I don't seem to have one in writing.

Working in a private school, to some extent your job description is what ever your department head requests of you.
If you are unsure what your position requirement are and do not have a copy, just approach your HOD or business manager and request one. Tell them it is for clarification so that you are able to optimise your performance of you work.
