Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to edit print size of chemical labels? I use the GHS 14 small labels and trying to reduce the actual print size.
Thanks.

Do you mean the font size? I used to edit all labels, by right click, select all, copy and paste to a word document. Then you can do what you want.

Re: Chemwatch labels
Even if they are on PDF you should be able to convert them - if you get on with your computer teacher get them to set your computer to convert PDF to a word document. I have my computer set up this way.
some items need a bit of fiddling with but worth it in the long run. Makes life so much easier as so much comes as a PDF.
Or just right click and select all then copy them onto a blank work document and do what you wish with it.

Which converter program do you use? I try few they do not work, (must admit only one free download). Can you upload one of your converted labels please??

Jazz, I save my document as a PDF then open it and go to my tool bar open the documents tab and you should have a OCR recognition button then just go through that. If you do not have these steps on your computer get your computer wizz at school to install this for you. Our computer wizz did this for me so it probably is a DEPT program. It saves me heaps of time. It is good for exams that are in PDF we just convert them then the teacher can copy and paste what ever they wish out of the exam. It is just a text recognition program.
let me know how you get on.
