Can we put up a picture to be viewed? If so, how is it done?

So, how do we know what our ranking is, without actually having to write something?

Yes. The system calls the pictures "Avatars". To do it, go to your 'Profile' (at the top of this page), or which should be here: http://www.chemtalk.com.au/modules.php? ... ditprofile

then down the bottom you can see the Avatar section. The system won't accept large pictures.

The 'ranking' is the number of stars along with the 'Newbie', 'Novice', etc, title above it. It's on the left side of every members posts, at the top.
