Does anyone use skype for work purposes?

My line manager has suggested I investigate setting up / joining a skype network for lab personnel. Is there one already? Or do you all just use this forum?

I use this forum mostly, but if others wanted to skype i see it as a great tool.
It would mean you could SEE what people were talking about.
I have access to a lap top with a camera, i wonder if I could get skype on it?
If i can I will let you know my skype name.

I'm not even allowed hotmail! so I think Skype would be definitely a NO-No.. I just use this forum and our local network.

Besides, on this forum I don't look old, whereas on Skype....
