Well, gotta be better than Serrata. The freight on all the separate items and backorders kills and they aren't renowned for their promptness. So looking to give some else a try.

When ordering with Serrata I always ring them and make sure items are in stock and let them know that I need it ASAP - delivery seems to be within a couple of weeks than.

Haven't bought anything as yet but they were very helpful recently in sourcing some samples of gloves I was after, so I'd recommend them on their customer service. As I only needed a couple of pairs, I was impressed that they gave them to me without obligation!
