I have had a teacher look for these solar cells for some time now. But she can not find them at all. Can any one help us out, as to where we can purchase small solar cells. I did Goggle it but all that came up was solar panel cells, which is not want I am after.  :-|

We had this problem. I asked the guy at dick smith and he said they don't make them any more (I think because they didn't sell - us labbies were the only ones to buy them I guess!) so we ended up buying some kits from somewhere (sorry, it was a few years ago - possibly scientrific?) which have a few different things powered by the solar cells. Sorry I can't be more help than that. I will see if I can track down where we got them from when I have a bit more time. I've just done a run around the school chasing tooth picks because my supply went from about 10 full packets to 2 empty ones without me knowing... Grrr!!
