Have you tried Dick Smith or JayCar or one of those types of places. I know Dick Smith sell little kits with solar cells etc.

We had this problem. I asked the guy at dick smith and he said they don't make them any more (I think because they didn't sell - us labbies were the only ones to buy them I guess!) so we ended up buying some kits from somewhere (sorry, it was a few years ago - possibly scientrific?) which have a few different things powered by the solar cells. Sorry I can't be more help than that. I will see if I can track down where we got them from when I have a bit more time. I've just done a run around the school chasing tooth picks because my supply went from about 10 full packets to 2 empty ones without me knowing... Grrr!!

I purchased some from Wiltronics, they have different sizes/voltage etc. from around $5 to $15
