Hi guys, I have a Y12 chem prac using a variable resistor. We don't have any (that I can find!) but to order one I can't find them. Are they the same as potentiometers??
Cheers Kel

Further info!
You really need a lot of extra data to purchase
What voltage are you going to put across them?
What resistance are they
What wattage? determined by last two answers!
What type / configeration, You can get carbon, wire wound on ceramic formers or rotary as in a volume control or slide type
You could email or PM prac to me and I will advise
