A vacancy exists for full-time Relief Lab. Technician beginning August 26 to December 17 2010 at Ocean Reef Senior High School (WA). Must be experienced and preference will be given to 5 years +. I am soon to be reduced to three days a week so I am looking for two days as part time/relief/casual in the South Western Sydney region/Campbelltown/Camden/Picton area. Experienced labbie.

If I hadn't just got married I'd be quitting my job here and moving to WA!! Shame the new husband isn't in a position to just 'up and leave' at his work place. He has about 8 months left on his 4 year apprenticeship...

Maybe this job is our life's work - like Mr Holland's Opus. What a thought! :crazy:

Maybe it's because there really is no such thing as relief from this job! Even when we're not at work, a corner of our mind is always on duty - noticing stuff we might be able to use, or reaching for the record button at home because there's a good show on TV.
