making 1m acetic acid

Hi
can anyone tell me how to make 1M acetic acid from glacial acetic acid? What quantity do I need to make up 1L? I don't seem to have a recipie for that one.

You need 60ml glacial for 1 L of acid 1M. Probably under ethanoic acid.
