I have been given a prac to prepare that uses junket tablets. We only have the powder here.The powder package says that 1/4 tspn will set 500ml milk. I need to convert my prac recipe to powder measures. Does anyone know how many tablets are needed to set 500ml so that I can convert my recipe?

1 tablet sets 500mL of milk!

1 tablet (or 1/4 teaspoon) to 500ml milk is the recipe
